lettuce — mixed
spinach — finely chopped
rocket
fresh parsley
celery stalks — chopped
asian greens
cucumber — sliced
beetroot — grated
carrots — grated
sprouts — sunflower
red clover
alfalfa
broccoli — sprouts
pumpkin seeds
tomatoes — diced
nuts — of your choice
pomegranate — dried rubies
edible flowers
olives — sun-dried
avocado
DRESSING:
olive oil
lemon juice — or apple cider vinegar
salt — sea or rock
dried mixed herbs
garlic — cloves, crushed
honey — raw

Method:

Mix all your dressing ingredients and allow to stand.
Chop up your salad ingredients and add to a large bowl.

Toss salad and sprinkle with dressing.
