Ingredients (4)

120.00 g butter
125.00 ml brown sugar
125.00 ml white sugar
1.00 lemon — sliced

Method:

Heat butter, sugars, sliced lemon and vanilla extract in a pan until hot and bubbly. Add bananas.

Remove from heat. Add dark rum, return to heat and light to burn alcohol off.

Scoop ice-cream into individual serving bowls, and spoon banana mixture over ice-cream.

Sprinkle with peri-peri.
