5.00 bananas — ripe
125.00 g icing sugar
60.00 ml orange juice
30.00 ml lemon juice
375.00 ml cream

Method:

Purée bananas with sugar, orange and lemon juice.
Whip cream to soft peaks and fold lightly into banana mixture. Freeze until firm.
TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 9 000 kJ (2 150 Cal). A portion: 1 800 kJ (430 Cal).
