Ingredients (8)

10.00 ml oil
1.00 red onion — sliced
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 ml fresh rosemary — chopped
125.00 ml green beans — tinned or cooked
30.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
30.00 ml tomato sauce
15.00 ml cooking liquid — from lamb

Method:

Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic. Add rosemary and beans and cook for 1 minute.

Add vinegar, tomato sauce and liquid from lamb.

Season to taste. Stir in beans and heat through.
