Baked salmon with dilled cucumber ribbons and two sauces

Ingredients (3)

2.00 kg salmon
1.00 cucumber — English
30.00 ml fresh dill — chopped

Method:

Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius.
Line a baking tray with foil and spray with olive oil spray.
Use a potato peeler to shave the cucumber into ribbons.

Toss the cucumber with chopped dill and sea salt, and set aside.
Transfer salmon to a platter and pile cucumber ribbons on top.
Serve at room temperature with Tartare and Romesco sauces.
