Baked ricotta and salad

Ingredients (9)

2 Tbs fresh chives — chopped
1 Tbs dried Italian herbs
1 Tbs tamarind — paste
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
ricotta cheese
lettuce — salad ingredients
olive oil
vinegar — balsamic

Method:

Crumble ricotta in a bowl and add the chives, herbs, tamarind paste, olive oil, salt and pepper
Slightly oil a ramekin and push the Ricotta mixture into it. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Arrange your favourite salad ingredients on a plate, carefully turn
out the baked Ricotta and lightly season
salad and ricotta with olive oil and good balsamic vinegar.
