Baked prawns

  • 12
    prawns - deveined and butterflied
  • 2
  • 1
    fresh lemon juice
  • Tbs
    breadcrumbs for dredging


Heat your oven to 200°C and grease a baking tray.

In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and the lemon juice. In another bowl place the breadcrumbs.

Dip each prepared prawn into the mayonnaise mix and then into the breadcrumbs.

Place onto the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes (depending on the size of your prawns).
