Baked potatoes

    medium potatoes
  • 60
    butter, melted
  • 5
  • 20
    butter, chopped


1. Peel potatoes and cut in half, using a small, sharp knife. Make deep, fine cuts into potato, taking care not to cut all the way through. 2. Take two large sheets of aluminium foil, fold in half and brush liberally with melted butter. Place potatoes unscored side up on foil and fold edges to create a tray. Brush potatoes generously with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. 3. Dot with chopped butter, enclose completely in foil. Grill for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Open foil and allow potatoes to brown a little.
