Baked potato wedges with cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce

    heads of garlic (to your taste)
  • 2
    canola or vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • 1
    pot of soft cream cheese
  • 100
    sweet chilli sauce


Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Cut potatoes into eighths and arrange on a baking tray.
Break up the heads of garlic and sprinkle the unpeeled cloves all around the potatoes.
Drizzle with canola or vegetable oil and season with salt.
Mix well.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the potato wedges.
They should be a light golden brown.
Turn the whole tray out into a big bowl or platter and place dollops of cream cheese all over them.
Drizzle liberally with sweet chilli sauce and serve immediately.
Eat with your fingers, popping out the sweet garlic cloves straight into your mouth!
