Ingredients (5)

4.00 pears — large
lemon juice
80.00 g blue cheese — crumbled
50.00 g hazelnuts — roughly chopped
5.00 ml dried tarragon

Method:

Peel and halve pears, removing core but not stalk. Brush with lemon juice to prevent discolouration.
In a bowl, mix together cheese, nuts and tarragon.
Place pears in a baking dish and pile cheese mixture into each half.
Bake in a preheated 160 °C oven for about 20 minutes until tender. Test with a skewer.
Serve with lettuce leaves.
