Ingredients (5)

1.00 tomatoes — ripe, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, finely chopped
60.00 ml cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 goat's milk cheese — halved

Method:

Spoon chopped tomato into a soup plate and place cheese on top. Spoon cream over cheese and tomato.
Sprinkle garlic and seasoning over and bake at 180-200 ºC for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately. Sauce should be bubbling and cheese lightly browned.
