Baked duck à l’orange

    shakes garlic salt
  • 2
    shakes aromat
  • 2
    shakes black pepper
  • 2
    shakes salt
  • Juice of 6 oranges
  • 25
    cake flour
  • 10
    potatoes, peeled


11 hours 45 mins
Rub the seasoning over the duck.

Heat the orange juice and thicken with the flour.

Bake the duck in a squat pot for 11/2 hours.

Either pack coals around your pot, or stick it in the oven.

Pack in your potatoes and drizzle with sauce.

Bake for another 45 minutes.
