Ingredients (8)

410.00 g baked beans in tomato sauce
65.00 ml tomato salsa
salt and freshly ground black pepper
pancakes — or soft tortillas
cheese
1.00 avocado
lemon juice
fresh coriander

Method:

Heat the beans in tomato sauce and tomato salsa until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper. Use to fill pancakes or soft tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Dice the avocado and mix with lemon juice and chopped fresh coriander. Serve with the filled pancakes or tortillas.
