Bacon and roasted-vegetable pasta

  • 300-400g farfalle (bow-tie shaped pasta)
  • 250
    rindless bacon, chopped
  • 1
    jar roasted vegetables in oil, drained
  • 125
    Parmesan cheese, grated


1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente.
2. While the pasta is boiling, fry the bacon. When done, remove the bacon from the heat and stir it into the drained pasta. Add the vegetables, season to taste, and serve sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
