Bacon Sandwich

  • 2
    slices white bread
  • cooked bacon rashers
  • oil for frying


Make a sandwich using 2 slices white bread (crusts removed) and a few rashers cooked bacon. Roll the sandwich with a rolling pin until thin. Cut into squares using a kitchen scissors and shallow-fry the squares in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and serve hot on salad leaves.
