Ingredients (9)

30.00 g butter
1.00 red onion — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
150.00 g chorizo sausage
100.00 g sun-dried tomatoes
500.00 g patty pans — green, halved
500.00 g yellow squash — halved
15.00 ml brandy
30.00 ml fresh chives — chopped

Method:

Melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until transparent. Add chorizo sausage and cook for 2 minutes. Steam or boil baby squash until just tender. Drain and stir into chorizo mixture with brandy and chives.
