2.00 avocado — peeled and sliced
0.00 lemon — juice only
5.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
4.00 tortillas
180.00 g cottage cheese — low fat
1.00 red onion — sliced into rings
200.00 g black forest ham
0.00 rocket

Method:

Sprinkle the avocados with the lemon juice
to prevent discoloration. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the tortillas one by one until brown and warm. Put the tortillas on a flat surface and spread with the cottage cheese. Top with the red onion slices, ham, rocket and avocado and roll up firmly. Cut each tortilla wrap in half and serve with a watercress salad.
