Avocado wraps

    avocados, peeled and sliced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 5
    olive oil
  • 4

    low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1
    red onion, sliced into rings
  • 200
    Black Forest ham, trimmed of fat
  • handful of rocket


Sprinkle the avocados with the lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the tortillas one by one until brown and warm. Put the tortillas on a flat surface and spread with the cottage cheese. Top with the red onion slices, ham, rocket and avocado and roll up firmly. Cut each tortilla wrap in half and serve with a watercress salad.
