Avocado snack

  • 1
    avocado, skinned, seeded and diced
  • 50
    Gouda cheese, diced
  • 2
    spring onions, chopped
  • 60
    unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 125
    natural yoghurt
  • 5
    Worcestershire sauce
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • half a cucumber, sliced


Lightly combine the avocado, Gouda cheese, spring onions and peanuts. Add the yoghurt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper to taste and mix. Spoon onto side plates, garnish with cucumber slices and serve with toast. Serves 2.
