Avocado pasta with chorizo and olives

Ingredients (5)

300 g pasta — whole wheat penne
10 sun-dried tomatoes — drained
10 olives — pitted
200 g chorizo — sliced, fried
100 parmesan cheese — sliced

Method:

Cook pasta according to instructions on-pack.

Drain pasta and toss gently with remaining ingredients.

Serve in bowls with chunks of bread and extra grated parmesan cheese.
