Ingredients (8)

4.00 tomatoes — peeled and finely chopped
45.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
1.00 onion — small, chopped
1.00 green chilli — seeded and chopped
1.00 ml salt
1.00 lemon juice
2.00 avocado
400.00 g tortilla chips

Method:

Mix the tomato with the coriander leaves, onion, chilli, salt and lemon juice. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and dice the flesh or mash it with a fork. Blend with the tomato mixture and serve with the chips.
Serves 10.
