Avo and tomato salsa

    large ripe avocado, peeled and chopped

    ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 45
    chopped fresh coriander
  • lemon juice, salt and milled pepper


Mix avocado, tomatoes, onion and coriander together lightly, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and chill. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 1 290 kJ (310 Cal). Makes about 250 ml (1 cup).
