  • bunch fresh asparagus


The easiest way to cook asparagus is to break off the hard bottom section and cook them in a pan with a little water seasoned with a dash of olive oil and salt and pepper. Shake the asparagus in the pan until the water has evaporated and they are bright green. Leave to cool, cover and chill.
