Asian seared fillet of beef salad

Ingredients (10)

600.00 g beef fillet
0.00 fresh chillies — 573
0.00 salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.00 asian dipping sauce
30.00 ml sesame seeds — toasted
SALAD
100.00 g green beans — blanched
500.00 ml mixed bean sprouts
1.00 red onion — peeled and thinly sliced
0.00 fresh coriander — to taste
0.50 radishes — thinly sliced

Method:

Rub the fillet with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a little oil to piping hot in a heavy-based frying pan.
Sear the fillet on all sides. Remove from the stove and set aside to rest before slicing.
Toss all the salad ingredients together and divide among four plates.
Top with sliced fillet and spoon over Asian dipping sauce.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
