Fresh anchovy tapas, with slivers of avo and strawberries.

Ingredients (5)

anchovy fillets
avocado — sliced
strawberries — cut into quarters lengthwise
mayonnaise — wasabi
balsamic reduction

Method:

Stretch out the anchovy fillet – silver skin side facing up.
Drizzle with wasabi (4 dots).
Place the avo and strawberry wedges together at a right angle (90°) to the fillet, and roll / wrap with the anchovy fillet.
Tie with a blanched chive ribbon (or skewer with toothpick) and dot with wasabi mayo.
Drizzle with crema balsamic and serve.
