Ingredients (8)

lettuce
cherry tomatoes — sliced
gherkins — halved
6.00 bagels — (or bread rolls), halved
200.00 g tuna — tinned, drained
lemon juice — fresh
mayonnaise
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Arrange the lettuce leaves, tomato slices and gherkins on the bottom half of each bagel.
Flake the tuna into coarse chunks and spoon on top. Season with a little lemon juice, top with mayonnaise and season well with salt and pepper.
Arrange extra lettuce leaves on top and cover with the remaining bagel halves.
