4.00 star anise — whole
5.00 ml cardamom — pods
5.00 ml cumin — seeds
5.00 ml coriander — seeds
5.00 ml cinnamon — ground
5.00 ml dried chilli flakes
5.00 ml paprika
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Pound ingredients together, preferably in a mortar and pestle.
Moisten with olive oil and rub onto meat of your choice.
Enough for 1 large fillet or 6 steaks.
