Ingredients (11)

butter — for frying
3.00 leeks
1.00 onion — large
0.00 cabbage
250.00 g spinach
50.00 g sunflower oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
CRISPS
3.00 sweet potatoes
750.00 ml oil
5.00 ml cumin
10.00 ml sea salt

Method:

Melt butter, fry leeks, onion and cabbage, cook until soft.
Add spinach and sunflower seeds, stir to coat with butter. Season.
Thinly slice sweet potatoes.
Cook in preheated oil, fry until golden and drain on greaseproof paper.
Lightly sprinkle with cumin and sea salt.
