Method:

1. Cream butter and both sugars.Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda, until well combined.

2. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts. Roll into medium-sized balls and place 4 cm apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 190 ¦C for 10 minutes.
