  • sugar cubes
  • few drops of Angostura Bitters
  • dash of brandy
  • sparkling wine
 

Method

 
Place a sugar cube in a champagne flute and sprinkle with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
Add a dash of brandy and top up with sparkling wine.
