1	bread — French baguette
2	sausages — Eskort Smoked Viennas
1/2` can	tomatoes — chopped
5 ml	dried basil
5 ml	dried oregano
2 cup	mozzarella cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Slice the French baguette into 2 – 3cm slices.

Mix the chopped tomatoes with the basil and oregano and spread over the sliced bread. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomato paste and divide the viennas evenly over the slices.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
