Ingredients (8)

8 sausages — Eskort Gold Medal Pork Sausages
4 spring onions — or onion, finely chopped
15 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 bread — hamburger buns
1 tomatoes — sliced
1 red onion — sliced
4 lettuce — or rocket

Method:

Skin the sausages into a bowl, then mix sausage meat with spring onions, chopped parsley and season.
With wet hands, shape 4 flattish burgers and chill until firm.
Grill or pan fry patties for 8 – 10 minutes.
Build your burger with greens, tomato, patty and onion rings.
Option: Try this with slices of crispy Eskort Bacon and a dollop of guacamole.
