    Eskort Cheese Mini Viennas
  • 10

    onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 200
    cherry tomatoes, halved or 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 100
    snow peas
  • 100
    julienne carrot strips
  • 1/2
    red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2
    yellow pepper, sliced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2.5
  • 1
    packet instant noodles


Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.
Stir-fry onion over high heat for 3 - 4 min, add garlic and stir-fry for 1 min.
Add vegetables and sugar.
Stir-fry for a further 2 - 3 min.
Stir in the Mini Viennas and season.
Cook noodles according to instructions and add to the stir-fry.

Use pre-prepared stir-fry vegetables.
Add soya sauce for a richer flavour.
Try with Eskort Russians instead of Eskort Viennas.

Serves 3-4.
