Place watermelon in refrigerator to get cold, overnight works best. Cut watermelon into triangles, about the size of a hand. Leave the skin on. arrange on a large oval, white platter, drizzle over a little olive oil, sprinkle black olives over the watermelon. Place chunks of feta cheese in strategic places over the watermelon, do not crumble the feta cheese. Burst of flavour and colour with watermelons now in season. Tastes delicious.
