Ingredients (11)

1 cup sunflower oil
11/2 cup coconut — flakes
1/3 cup linseeds — brown
3 Tbs almonds — raw
3 Tbs cashew nuts — raw
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
2 Tbs cocoa powder
2 Tbs cacao — nibs, raw
1/4 cup coconut oil — melted
1 tsp vanilla — extract

Method:

Preheat your oven to 160°C and grease a baking tray.

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is coated in the oil.

Spread the mixture into an even layer on the tray. Bake for 20 minutes.

Allow the granola to cool on the tray before transferring to an airtight container.

Makes 3 ½ cups.
