Simple seafood stir-fry

    stalks celery, sliced into rings

    frozen mixed seafood, defrosted

    fish paste

    sour cream
  • 1
    lemon, juice and grated rind
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper


Heat a little oil in a wok or fairly large pan. Sauté the celery and chives, cut into 1 cm pieces, until glossy. Add the seafood and stir-fry for a minute more. Add the sherry, fish paste and sour cream, stir and reduce the heat. Simmer for a few minutes, taking care not to overcook the seafood or it will be tough. Add the lemon rind and juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
