Ingredients (6)

4 pork — chops
45 ml fresh chillies — 573
STRAWBERRY SALSA:
250 g strawberries — finely chopped
30 ml vinegar — balsamic
15 ml lime juice
fresh coriander — or parsley, small handful, chopped

Method:

Season the pork on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan and fry the meat for about four minutes on each side or until cooked through.

For the salsa:
Mix the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and lime juice together. Add the chopped coriander or flat-leaf parsley, if using.

Serve the chops and salsa with grilled asparagus and roast potatoes.
