Beef stroganoff


Beef stroganoff

    olive oil
  • 500
    g
    beef
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 250
    ml
    beef stock
  • 250
    g
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 10
    ml
    black lemon pepper
  • 500
    ml
    fresh cream
 

Method

40 minutes

1.Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the meat until brown. Remove and set aside.

2.Add the onions to the same saucepan and sauté until golden brown.

3.Return the meat to the pan, add the stock and simmer on low heat until the beef is soft.

4.Add the mushrooms, lemon pepper and cream and simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
