Ingredients (5)

75 g coconut butter
75 g coconut oil — softened
25 g coconut — shredded
1 tsp stevia — granualted or sweetener of choice
1 tsp ginger — ground

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a pouring jug until the stevia is dissolved.
Pour into silicon moulds or ice block trays and refrigerate for minimum 10 minutes.
