Quick sticky chicken

    chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • 7
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 30
    ml
    grape vinegar
  • 30
    ml
    golden syrup or honey
 

Method

20 minutes
 

Make sure you have napkins on hand for this lip-smacking dish.

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and lightly brown the chicken. 3 Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the pan. Cook the chicken until sticky and fragrant. 4 Serve with pasta, sweet peppers and salad. 

TIP: Add a variety of stir-fry vegetables to the chicken and serve with Asian noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onions over the dish.
