Pepper steak and avocado wraps

Ingredients (9)

2 wraps
1/4 cup mayonnaise
200 g steak — cooked, sliced
12 rosa tomatoes — baby, halved
1 avocado — sliced
limes — juice only
5 g fresh coriander
2 Tbs sour cream
2 Tbs sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Spread the mayonnaise onto the wraps. Top with the steak, tomatoes and avocado. Drizzle the lime juice over the avocado so it doesn’t turn brown.

Sprinkle over the coriander, add a dollop of sour cream, season with salt and black pepper and roll up the wrap.
