Pepper steak and avocado wraps

    good quality mayonnaise (we used Hellmann’s)
  • 200
    sliced cooked steak
  • 12
    baby rosa tomatoes, halved
  • 1
    avocado, cut into slices
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 5
    fresh coriander leaves
  • 2
    sour cream
  • 2
    sea salt and black pepper

Spread the mayonnaise onto the wraps. Top with the steak, tomatoes and avocado. Drizzle the lime juice over the avocado so it doesn’t turn brown.

Sprinkle over the coriander, add a dollop of sour cream, season with salt and black pepper and roll up the wrap.
