1 large watermelon
plastic spigot
fresh mint
tequila
limes — juiced
ice — cubes

Method:

1. Cut the top of the watermelon off.

2. Use a large spoon and start scooping out the flesh. Keep the scooped
watermelon in a large bowl and set aside.

3. Using a fruit corer, make a hole about ??cm from the bottom of the
watermelon, making sure it goes all the way through to the inside.

4. Insert the spigot through the hole in the front of the watermelon,
making sure the shank is all the way through. On the inside, screw the included
locking nut onto the shank and tighten to secure.

5. Using a blender, blend the watermelon flesh and mint together, add the
tequila and lime juice and stir. Pour the mixture back into the watermelon
shell.

6. Add ice cubes to a glass and pour some of the refreshing drink using
the tap.
