Ingredients (8)

BASE:
200 g tennis biscuits — crumbs
20 g peanuts — salted
80 g butter — melted
FILLING:
270 g dark chocolate — chopped
40 g butter
1 1/2 cup cream
TOPPING:
mixed berries
cocoa powder — to dust

Method:

Place the biscuit crumbs and salted peanuts in a bowl, add the butter, and stir to combine. Press the crumb mixture into the base of a 33x9cm loose-bottomed tart tin. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, add the chocolate and the butter allow to melt, stir in the cream, and stir to combine.

Pour this mixture into the chilled base, place tart in the fridge and chill until set, about 1 hour.

To serve:
remove tart from fridge, top with berries and dust with cocoa powder.
