A new way of drinking your coffee!

Ingredients (4)

2 eggs
3 tsp condensed milk
vanilla — pod
1 coffee

Method:

Start by brewing a shot of your favourite coffee.

Crack eggs and discard the white. Its a good idea to pop them into a container and freeze them for the next time you may need them.

Place the egg yolk, condense milk and vanilla pod seeds into a medium size bowl and start to whisk the mixture vigorously. Feel free to use a hand held mixer at this point …

Once the mixture is light and fluffy, take a tablespoon of your coffee an add to the egg mixture,continue beating.

Now pour your fluffy egg mixture into your brewed coffee shot and enjoy. You have just made egg coffee.
