Sweet and sour pork stir-fry

    sesame seeds
  • one bunch of spring onions
  • 60
    sweet-and-sour sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30
  • one red and yellow pepper cut in strips
  • 500

    bean sprouts

1 Heat the sunflower oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Stir in the pork strips and fry until cooked through.

2 Add the peppers and spring onions and stir-fry for two minutes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a further minute.

3 Stir in the sesame seeds and the sauce, then heat for about five minutes or until warmed though. Serve with rice or noodles
