Ingredients (10)

50.00 ml oil
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
10.00 ml dried chillies — crushed
400.00 g beef mince — lean
2.00 carrots — peeled and diced
30.00 ml soy sauce
4.00 spring onions — sliced
300.00 g cabbage — shredded
200.00 g green beans — small, trimmed

Method:

Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add garlic, ginger and chillies and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add mince and carrots. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, for about 8 minutes, until cooked through.

Stir in remaining ingredients and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Serve with rice or noodles.
