Ingredients (11)

375 ml cake flour
10 ml curry powder
A pinch of ground cumin
2 ml ground ginger
2 ml paprika
2 ml ground coriander
A pinch of salt
100 g butter
30 ml soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic — crushed
8 chicken wings

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease a 25x20cm ovenproof dish with oil.

Season the flour with the spices and salt and transfer to a large plastic bag.

Melt the butter, add the soy sauce and garlic, and coat the chicken wings with the seasoned butter.

Place the chicken wings in the plastic bag and shake well until the wings are coated with the flour mixture.

Arrange the wings in the ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Serve with sweet chilli sauce or a yoghurt, cucumber and garlic dip.
