Quick pasta dish

  • 4
    chopped red chillies - pips and all
  • 8
    chopped spring onions - if you dont have use one medium sized onion or red onion
  • 10
    chopped cloves of garlic
  • good handful of finely chopped parsley
  • 1
    chicken stock cube
  • 1
    olive oil
  • 1
    packet spaghetti


10 mins
Boil a large pot of salted water bring to a rolling boil.
Add the packet of spaghetti and stir every minute or two to prevent the pasta from sticking.
In a large frying pan heat the olive oil and add the garlic, chilli, spring onions and chicken stock cube and fry until the garlic is starting to go a pale golden colour.
Toss into the spaghetti and serve.
