Ingredients (5)

100.00 g breadcrumbs — fresh
45.00 ml olive oil — extra virgin
1.00 orange — zest and jucie
60.00 ml fresh Italian parsley — chopped
4 cob fillets

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Mix together the breadcrumbs, olive oil, zest, juice and parsley.

Press the crumbs onto each piece of fish.

Place fish on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked and the crumbs are golden.

Serve with oven baked chips or a healthy salad.
