Ingredients (7)

650 g beef mince
3 garlic — cloves, crushed
1 fresh ginger — peeled and chopped
5 ml cumin — ground
60 ml fresh mixed herbs — chopped
1.00 eggs — jumbo
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Shape handfuls of mixture into sausages around bamboo or metal skewers.

Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through and nicely browned outside, turning frequently.

Serve with coconut rice and sliced ripe oranges, garnished with coriander or parsley.
