Mini lamb burgers with Mediterranean hummus

These gorgeous baby burgers are a real crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients (9)

500 g lamb mince
lemon — zest only
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
2 tsp coriander — seeds, ground
1 garlic — cloves, finely grated
1 onion — small, grated
1 handful fresh mint — finely chopped
2 bread — brown slices, soaked in water
1 hummus

Method:

Squeeze the water out of the bread and together with all the other ingredients, place it in a mixing bowl.

Gently mix everything together and form it into 10 patties patties/burgers.

Heat your griddle pan or barbecue until it is smoking hot and grill the burgers to perfection.

Serve on mini buns with fresh lettuce and hummus or as is with a dollop of hummus and caramelized onions.
